How to measure your key metrics

Our process is simple:

  1. grab a tape measure

  2. if needed get a friend to help

  3. measure 10-11 key points on your body, do each metric twice just to ensure accuracy

  4. input your data

The key points we measure are listed and shown below:

  • Weight

  • Height

  • Inseam

  • Chest / Bust

  • Under bust (female only)

  • Waist

  • High Hips

  • Low Hips

  • Thigh

  • Bicep

  • Neck base
